- 60g butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 80 mls milk
- Melt butter and sugar together
- Add egg yolks, mixing well
- Stir in milk and cook until mixture boils and thickens
- Cool and store in fridge.
