No ice ...This is breakfast here about 3 days/week. No ice (using a Bamix), 2 bananas, 2 handsful of oats, about 1/2cup yoghurt, no apple (again - Bamix cannot handle that - unless you want chunks!) and no egg. Sometimes a handful of frozen raspberries and when we're feeling really fancy ... a strawberry perched on side of cup.
